NCT announces auditions for Jekyll & Hyde by Frank Wildhorn and Leslie Bricusse. Auditions August 25 & 26, 7PM. Call Backs: Saturday, August 28th at 10am. Auditions by appointment only, adults only; time slots are 7:00, 7:30, 8:10, 8:40, 9:20, 9:50. Please email info@needhamtheatre.org for appointment. Location is Needham Presbyterian Church (park at Newman School 1155 Central Ave).
Every auditioner should prepare 32 measures of a song from Jekyll & Hyde or written by Wildhorn. We are as interested in how well you "act" your song as we are in your ability to sing it. Also, please prepare 32 measures of any other song should the directing team request to hear more. Please bring music for an accompanist, photocopied in a binder. Readings from the script will be done at callbacks.
Dance auditions at callbacks for those interested in the Red Rat Girls. Please attend this in addition to your vocal audition, in dance attire with character shoes or heels.
