Submission Guidelines

Can I email my information instead of using the form?
In an effort to streamline the administration of this website, we request that you use the "Submit Info" form on this site to send us information. New event information sent in an email will not be posting to the site. Please use the "Submit Info" form.

What if I need to edit/correct/delete a listing that is already on the site?
Simply send an email to the management at webmaster@netheater411.com with as much detail about the listing as possible. Every effort will be made to correct your listing quickly.

When should I submit my listing?
Because the information is stored in a database, and each user has the option of viewing information by Date, Production, and Company name, there is no large advantage to submitting early or late relative to the date your event will occur.

What should I use for the descriptions?
First - Be concise. Description fields are limited to 1000 characters, including spaces. Submissions over 1000 characters will be edited. Put the important information first. Save detailed information for the end of the description. Or better yet, provide a website address so that viewers can go directly to your website for more detailed information.
