Spotlight Playhouse is looking for a Music Director for their spring 2011 production of Clue, The Musical. Performances will be in April 2011 with Production Meetings and planning starting in January 2011.

The musical director is in charge of all musical aspects of the show. The job includes, but is not limited to the following items:
• hiring, and paying for a rehearsal accompanist if the musical director does not want to do this, • hiring the members of the pit band with approval from the artistic director, • conducting rehearsals for singers and teaching choral parts to singers, • conducting musical rehearsals for the pit band, • conducting all performances of the show, • transposing any music as needed, • working with the director and stage manager to produce a rehearsal schedule. • creating a professional quality performance
